By accessing or using Petatec's services, website, or any applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Services. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Services, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Petatec grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to: • Access and use the Services for your internal business purposes • Download and print content from the Services for your personal, non-commercial use • Use our software applications as intended and as described in the documentation You may not: • Modify or copy the materials except as expressly permitted • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without our written consent • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Services • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

For paid Services: • You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by law • We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days notice • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services Subscription services will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Petatec disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to: • Implied warranties of merchantability • Fitness for a particular purpose • Non-infringement • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content • Uninterrupted or error-free service We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PETATEC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses • Resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services • Any content obtained from the Services • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by: • Posting the updated Terms on our website • Sending you an email notification (if you have an account) • Displaying a notice in the Services Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Services. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
